I bought this product about a year ago and have used this dehydrator twice. I've used it with products that claimed to be raw, unaware that the dehydrator was 65 degrees hotter than the temp you set it to. It's really frustrating that after the return policy had expired I had to take the device to a restaurant and measure it only to find that the device couldn't even perform its basic function. Several times he literally burned my fruit. It was very loud. The item also arrived with a broken handle. I would give zero stars because it was a crap experience. you have been warned
