The first thing I would like to say is that EXTREME AIR BUBBLES form when using water. So IMHO not necessary. Without water, there are far fewer bubbles, but there are still so many that you can spend hours trying to get rid of them. The other thing is you NEED an accurate knife, don't measure or cut, it will never come out exactly right and if you are a perfectionist like me you will understand why I used the name I made for this review have.
