Received my first order and the installation went fine until I had to loosen the set screw on the inner arm. I used the supplied hex key and applied force. The set screw didn't turn, but the wrench ripped off the head of the screw. I received a replacement order and all the screws are also provided with Loctite or something similar. The Phillips screws that hold the inside and outside are very tight from the factory, you can't loosen them with your fingers, you have to use a screwdriver. Apparently they think they will loosen up in transit so use Loctite or something similar. If you reinstall the screw bar, it will also be returned! UPDATE: I was able to install the 2nd door handle lever assembly, but not without some extra work. All screws had product on them to keep them in place. I almost broke the hex bolt on the second unit, but I used my own (better) hex wrench and was able to get it out. I have updated my rating to 4 stars.
