I like that they are accessible at any time for questions or concerns related with my insurance plan! They do not have an app so it is very difficult sometimes when trying resolve issues in regards of coverage information etc.. There isn't much about this site as far how easy accessability goes but i think its great overall because we can get help whenever needed which makes life easier!! We use them mostly just talking through plans regarding billing procedures such us payment authorization ect., also having someone there who has experience working within our specific area helps out tremendously too. It's always nice knowing your getting professional assistance even if only during hours where staff members aren’t present :) If needing support from their team while off work days (or evenings) then definitely go ahead since services provided will be free otherwise! Also helpful seeing what other people were able solve was extremely useful along side all info given via phone call / text messages helped me understand more thoroughly than simply reading online articles.
