Review on Monroe 58620 Adjust Shock Absorber by Joshua Mejia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great update for my caravan!

I bought these shock absorbers a few weeks ago for my 2003 Dodge Caravan SE and only got around to installing them last night. Installation was easy and only took 30 minutes! Thanks to Dodge for making the rear shock replacement incredibly easy! This has got to be the easiest shock swap I've ever done! Lift the rear end and place stands under the axle.2. Remove tires.3. Remove the upper shock mounting bolts.4. Remove the lower shock absorber mounting bolts.5. Install the lower part of the shock absorber first, but do not fully tighten.6. Place a jack on the body frame and raise the body to align the top mounting holes. Install the top mounting screws and tighten to the specified torque.8. Retighten the bottom mounting screws.9. Reinstall tires 10. Remove jack stands. I noticed that the tail increased slightly in height, but no more than an inch or two. Ride quality is very similar to stock shocks, but the rear end doesn't sag or roll. significantly reduced while driving. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their original shock absorbers. I'm very happy with this purchase and I'm sure you are too.
