Review on Nokian Tires Hakkapeliitta 9 205/55 R16 94T winter by Stanislaw Gluszek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect product for any user!

These tires are currently mounted on a BMW that has rear-wheel drive. I went to Hakka beginning with the fourth model, and there were also fifth, seventh, eighth, and ninth models. Each one was well worth its purchase price and performed admirably throughout the winter. Never once did I second-guess this decision. But at this point, we are discussing the ninth. This model is absolutely unparalleled not only in the world of studded rubber but also within the realm of its own brand. I was able to compare the 8th and the 9th in a single day on my own automobiles by driving around the city for a total of 100 kilometers on each, and there is a discernible difference between the two. The 9th Hakka is quite tenacious in all areas; it maintains a tremendous hold on the ice both when it is beginning to move and when it is slowing down, and there are no issues whatsoever with maintaining a hold on the ice. Additionally, it does an excellent job of holding the vehicle in place when turning and even enables you to go beyond what would normally be considered safe limits when the weather is poor. However, we should not lose sight of the fact that it does not go against the physical laws =) There are no diggings or empty slips; there is just acceleration, and I appreciate how the car speeds over the porridge of snow and ice. Naturally, the stabilizing mechanism makes this a lot easier to accomplish. If you contrast the 9th generation with earlier models, you'll realize how much better it is on the road, as well as on icy and snowy terrain. This is her element, which is immediately visible by the behavior, which is intended for slippery roads and snow, superb grip and handling, excellent acceleration, and excellent braking. These characteristics make her ideal for driving in these conditions. Instills confidence in the vehicle's ability to handle any road. At the end of the season, I had only one spike missing out of all four wheels, and it was on the front wheel. Both the rear (leading) without suffering a single loss, despite the fact that they skidded quite a bit and experimented with rapid beginnings. In addition to this, the spikes have not been removed; instead, they retain their pointed appearance and can be easily scraped. The protector looks and works just like new. Permit me to remind you that all four sets of tires were manufactured in 2022, and there is no difference between those sets and the Finnish ones in terms of quality or the features they possess. I'll include it in the argument against. Rubber does not like warm weather because it causes it to become pliable and begins to float. Because of this, you need to exercise caution between the months of autumn and spring, and especially in the spring, when the sun heats the asphalt during the day and temperatures climb above 5 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. Even with light pedaling, stabilization may frequently be made to operate during overtaking.

Pros
  • - Handling - Braking - Overclocking
Cons
  • Extremely noisy tires, particularly during the period in which they need to be broken in. After that, there is a brief period of calm. The surrounding conditions have a significant impact on the level of noise. The level of noise is at its highest when the pavement is dry; when it is wet, the behavior is considerably more subdued. On ice and snow, the silence is deafening. Another disadvantage is that as the temperature rises above plus five, the rubber begins to soften too much, and the stabilizing feature frequently kicks in even when the gas pedal is only lightly depressed.
