Review on Tripp Lite Portable Inverter PINV1000 by Carnell Bollwitt

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Another great Tripp Lite product

I've been using Tripp Lite products for over 30 years and they rarely disappoint. This product is no exception. The design and build quality of this inverter is absolutely top notch. It seems that there are absolutely no compromises, either inside or out. It uses only high quality electronic components and is carefully assembled on a very well designed circuit board. The exterior is also crafted in a rugged style, with a massive built-in heatsink to protect the device from overheating and keep it running smoothly for a long time. periods. I can report that the product doesn't even break a sweat running over 1000w and sometimes peaking at over 1200w. technology and electronics. The 5V DC USB output is good, but not essential if you're installing it in a vehicle where you can easily plug in a cigarette lighter adapter. car battery. The only "uncomfortable" thing about the product is a common problem with ALL inverters I've seen. That is, find a flat place in the car to install it. In most cars, there is not much free space to install inverters. Especially these sizes. Good luck finding a place to put it if you plan on keeping it in your car all the time. This is by far the best inverter I have ever owned and a great addition to the Tripp Lite line. While it's definitely not the cheapest inverter out there, it's definitely one of the most reliable and worth the money if you need a constant AC power source.
