DON'T STOP. There are many reviews and many YouTube videos where people didn't cut the switch holes well and broke the plastic spacers or cut the hole too big. I probably spent an hour cutting these holes, but it was a good hour if you have to look at it daily. One poor guy even glued the parts back with super glue and the super glue discolored the board. Here's the trick. Use a small drill (about 1/16 inch) and drill as many holes as possible around the cut lines (see photos). Then take a razor and cut carefully, the results will be perfect. I had very light hemming for about 2-3 minutes and everything fitted well. Another frequently mentioned issue has also been fixed. No more need to reuse the metal clip from the Original Equipment A-pillar cover and steal one from the tailgate trim. Looks like Rugged Ridge has stopped and now ships two metal clips with the new switch panel, they're even pre-installed for you. I also noticed a few custom photos near the windshield and a fit where this panel wraps around the door frame where the new panel did not match the original. I had no problems with it at all, everything fits perfectly. Take your time and you will get great results.
