Although it was fun putting it together, the lift coaster does not work. The balls are not lifted high enough to enter the ramp. This is due to the first part of the ramp not fitting properly. It is too high for the ball to fall into and it cannot be lowered as it fits into a tab and can only be pushed down so far.A couple of other ramp pieces do not fit properly either. The crank and gear mechanism works great as far as it goes. And, if a ball is placed on the very top ramp manually, it travels down all the other ramps just fine. There is just no way to get the balls to traverse the ramps just by turning the crank.I must admit that it looks great, but it simply does not work properly because of ill-fitting parts.
