BUY FROM ANOTHER. WARRANTY PROCEDURE FOR REPLACING A POOR TPMS SENSOR.

My daughter bought four ACDelco gauges and four new GM wheels from a Chevrolet dealer from this seller for her 2014 Camaro SS. She then bought four new Goodyear tires and in August 2019 everything was fine mounted in the tire shop. The tire shop documents did NOT state that new TPMS sensors were installed, nor did they state that new wheels were installed. Except that four tires were bought, fitted and balanced. At the beginning of August 2020, a sensor stopped reading and the tire dealer who fitted the tires a year ago reported that the sensor was defective and needed to be replaced. Sending paperwork to this seller, but since the original tire fitting paperwork didn't have all the information YOU needed and new sensors were being installed, he had to jump through tires to replace the faulty sensor. Working with this seller is not easy and the warranty procedures are very complicated to replace a defective sensor. Comparative example: We bought four sensors from another seller for another vehicle and when one failed recently, a replacement was shipped three days later. after contacting this seller free of charge. That's excellent customer service.
