excellent for the money
I used this to grind down a lump in my concrete floor. It ran true and barely used any of the wheel that i can see.the lump was appx 1ftx2ftx1in.

- MULTIPURPOSE - designed for grinding, cleaning, leveling or coating removal for concrete and masonry
Cons
- The wheels may heat up quickly during use and potentially damage the surface
