Fitment of this switch to Original Equipment Ford requires a replacement connector on the existing wiring harness that connects to the switch. The plug is included with this neutral safety switch. Once removed, insert a jeweler's screwdriver from the front of the connector and gently pry the latches holding the pins in the connector.
