Review on ๐Ÿ’ก Wireless Battery-Powered Cabinet Kitchen Lighting by Yung Kitamura

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent motion detection, very small but bright

They're a lot smaller than I expected, but they're certainly effective when it comes to light output. I currently live professionally in an old apartment building, the lighting and switch position leave a lot to be desired. In particular, I have a fenced area with steps next to the house and garage. I bought them to make it easier to get in and out of the house without having to leave the lights on all day and also to not keep coming back to turn the lights on and off. They solved my problem immediately. I don't have to worry about stumbling in the dark or falling down the stairs, wasting unnecessary time turning the lights on and off, or wasting money just leaving the lights on. I was really impressed with the range of the sensor. Since my kitchen (which is the first room you enter from the garage and fenced area) is long and narrow (about 19 feet by 12 feet) and has two lights and the light switches are at the opposite end of the room, I also places Put one of these lights on the fridge that's about halfway across the room. The sensor picks me up as I approach the door, about 11 feet away. It would be nice to be able to set the timer to more than 20 seconds. They can turn off too quickly if you don't move around the sensor enough. Almost every time I go to the bathroom in the dark, I wave my arms around like an idiot because the light goes out before I can even get toilet paper.

Cons
  • Ugly packaging
