Maybe I'm stupid? Best in Computers & Accessories category

Turntable mount did not match the lever screw. The hole in the platter was too big and didn't fit the threads. Maybe they put the wrong size player in our package? I've tried many times and watched videos to see if I'm doing something wrong but unfortunately it was a defect :( Also it seemed stable and I was upset that I had to return it!
