I carefully followed all of the tips removal and installation instructions while the tool was hot, but it still seems like the interior of the tool is still stripping the threads on the tips. This seems to be a recurring problem for others since Well. Maybe it has something to do with the tiny carvings and the intense heat. Then mixing it with a rotary motion when the tool is that hot can cause problems, but it's not something that should only last a few hours.
