Review on Enhanced Victron Energy BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor in Sleek Black by Alexander Craner

Mine is installed in a mobile home. When the device worked, and it was only a month, it worked fine. I contacted Victron support and they were absolutely unhelpful and said I need to contact the buyer to troubleshoot. Ha! So I contacted Revain who had no idea how to troubleshoot so they sent me a replacement for free. Good thing Revain is so cool. Edit: November 26, 2018 - I did some additional troubleshooting and found that the power connector in the temperature sensor cable was broken. I soldered it and reassembled it, it works fine. So the product works fine, the customer service still sucks. In short, the product is fine, the support is terrible, Revain is great. I looked for an alternative, but there was none. If it existed, I would buy it!
