I installed this unit on my 2000 Expedition. The product comes with instructions and is very easy to install. If you encounter a problem, the company offers great customer service. They even called me about a month later to see if I was happy. Don't expect instantaneous changes in your car's performance, communication between the device and the car's computer takes about a week. I was worried it wouldn't do justice to the ad, but I was wrong. I recently bought new tires (rather beefy treads) with a forced traction rear that can burn rubber. You will see a noticeable improvement in gas mileage and acceleration even at high speeds.
