Windows 10S under Computers and Accessories
The laptop's OS runs in S (Secure) mode, which I had to disable to use for work. Disabling Safe Mode will slow down the laptop's performance and disable some of the Home features that come with Windows. The seller never advertised that they should have Operations 10S. It doesn't look like Windows 10 at all. I needed it urgently for work so I couldn't return it.
