First of all these are great training gloves, especially for the price. This is my third pair of gloves I have owned and by far the best. What sets them apart, one thing that might seem like an issue is the fit and "lock" feel. Boxing gloves are inherently meant to be snug and supportive. These gloves, especially with wraps, fit snugly and stay in place as they should. To me, they felt almost as good as shoelaces! My arms are pretty average for a woman, but my wrists and forearms are larger. They fit how I want them with bandages (I have to they wiggle but don't need help) Even though the velcro isn't fully engaged around my large forearms, they are VERY secure. However, if you're new to the sport d and aren't necessarily looking for extra support, or if you have really big hands/wrists, or maybe you just want gloves that are easy to put on and take off, you'll want to consider another option. Maybe even a cheaper brand! Finally, the material and structure of the glove is of very high quality. They are light. In the end I feel convinced by them, hence the 5 stars for me!
