I received my first bottle and couldn't get the glue out. Thinking it was a broken tip, I cut it open and found that the bottle was either empty or the glue had set. I have requested a refund and had a replacement item sent to me. Received these today and received the exact same type of bottle. The adhesive is either cured or empty. Unfortunately, in order to get a refund I have to take the time to send it back to the seller.
