Review on PUREAN by Victor Hurvitz

Unfortunately, my interaction with PUREAN's customer support after purchasing a teeth whitening kit was below par. The product itself seemed fine, but I had some doubts about how to put it to good use because the included directions were unclear. My experience with customer service was frustrating and confusing because I was given different answers by various agents. It was already inconvenient that I had to wait several days for an answer to my questions, but that was prolonged even further. Overall, I was dissatisfied with PUREAN's inconsistent and slow customer service, and I'm reluctant to make another purchase from them.
