I have a 2008 HD Road King Classic (FLHRC) I was looking for CHEAP bike chocks and a wheel stand and decided to buy this machine. Boy was that a great purchase! First, it was EASY to assemble. You should have used mm tools but that's fine. The only comment I have is that it was NOT clear how the "wheel mount" was supposed to be positioned. After I finished assembly, I proceeded to test it by laying it on the floor of my garage WITHOUT installing it on a concrete floor. There was an error; My front wheel just pushed the stand forward. I decided to permanently mount the stand using ONE anchor (1/2" x 2-1/4" red head) on the far left side of the stand. That did it! My bike is now VERTICAL and secure (photos attached). Putting the bike on the shoe rack is easy now, but removing it from the shoe rack is a PROBLEM at first. The key trick is to raise both rubber "foot pegs" to the MAXIMUM height. Once this is done the MOST IMPORTANT thing is to hold the front brake, pump up the front wheel and release the brake IMMEDIATELY. It will take several attempts, but you will remove the wheel from the block. Once you practice and master this move, you'll be able to pull it off the bar FAST! I would highly recommend this product to my motorcycling friends.
