Review on Cordless drill driver DeWALT DCD771C2 by Micha Kamierczak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

7B949 I bought in mid-August 2022 for 6800r, the batteries and the screwdriver itself were produced in May 2022, so the copy is fresh. I immediately bought a hook art. N086039 and a bit holder art. N095778 for ease of use (it cost about 650 for everything). Somehow I used it to make a roof at the dacha, unscrewed and screwed several hundred screws into a beam, showed itself perfectly, the battery never sat down to the end. I was looking for it with lithium batteries, so as not to bathe with their complete discharge before putting it on charge. Especially in the cold I do not plan to work. The equipment is installed with one hand (spindle lock and Jacobs chuck), as for anyone, it’s more convenient for me. Its maximum torque is 24 Nm, like most in this price category, although it is written that there is still some kind of hard moment equal to 42 Nm. What does this mean, I do not quite understand. There is a backlight, it shines a little off topic, a shadow from the cartridge falls, in principle this is not critical. A little heavy (after all, a metal gearbox), but it sits perfectly in the hand, the hand does not get tired after several hours of work. The plastic case is not very convenient, there are niches for two extra batteries and instructions, but there is nothing for bits and drills, although there are small recesses and you can put a small set in a case into them so that they do not scatter much around the suitcase. High-quality plastic, does not stink, rubberized handle. There is a slight play between the battery and the handle (they say it was done on purpose), but otherwise there are no complaints about the build quality. Factory China, made at the Black & Decker plant, and batteries in Korea. In general, for its price a great option for a home-dacha. Is it suitable for professional use? I don’t know, I don’t use it myself so often to advise it for this purpose. Let's see how reliable it will be. Warranty 3 years.

Pros
  • lithium battery 18 volts, jacobs chuck and spindle lock, backlight, battery protection 3 year warranty
Cons
  • a little heavy no case hook and bit holder must be purchased separately
