Review on Multi-Tool for Bikes: Blackburn Switch with 8 Essential Functions by Jarrett Love

I bought this off Amazon a while ago and just threw it in my bike backpack. I actually had to use it on a trail last week and to my surprise the #3 hex didn't cut properly. (See image.) The photo clearly shows that there is a quality control issue. Very disappointed but luckily my buddy had a tool I could borrow. I held out my hand but received no response. I'll update if they ever get it right. I would like to give the set a higher rating as apart from one flaw it is pretty good so be careful you will be rolling the dice if you buy this product. I called the service phone number and they immediately sent me a new one, so I upgraded to 4 stars just because I had to call about it. Otherwise the tool works fine, just make sure you check all the details before throwing it in your bag.
