This is a replacement for the one we bought in 2012 and used to water our RV batteries almost every month or more. We have Flow-Rite battery watering manifolds for two of our RV's 6V golf cart batteries that were previously used for two other batteries in addition to these two. It was great for watering the almost inaccessible bottom two batteries by attaching this hand pump to the quick connect end of each of the manifolds. Almost two years ago we removed the top two batteries, kept the top flow divider and kept using the bottom one. But the original hand pump bulb started leaking at the ends of the bulb. The rubber eventually sagged or cracked enough to reduce sealing at the ends of the piston. Lasting six years with no issues isn't bad, so we were happy to purchase this particular replacement.
