An easy way to keep my professional Japanese knives sharp.
Buy this complete kit to keep my professional Japanese knives in good shape. Since my knives are new, I only use a leather belt and knife sharpener. I can reproduce the razor sharp edge that the knives out of the box had. I also used a 400/1000 grit stone to restore the blade of an old Farberware chef's knife. With a little effort I got it sharp enough to cut paper. Overall I am happy with my purchase and plan to use this set all the time.
