This strainer will technically fit, but on the opposite end of the o-ring opening, the flange that hangs into the transmission fluid is shorter than Toyota's OEM strainer. This may not be a problem, but I would feel better if it was an EXACT replacement. The included gasket is less than half the thickness of the original OEM gasket. It's like the difference between plywood and toilet paper. I reused the original washer - it's thicker, more forgiving and also has collars where the bolts go through the sump and washer. It s cheap. I can bite the bullet, buy an OEM and throw this thing away. My 2 cents.
