Doesn't work!: Pipes, fittings and accessories

I don't know why they say the inner diameter is 1.25" when it's 1.55". There is too much space between it and the pipe, and when you have to tighten the hose clamp, it turns the hole into a D shape, leaving two big holes around the pipe. It cannot work with 1.25 inch OD tubing.
