Bought to move a 600lb safe we had in the garage, didn't actually come with instructions but we were able to put it together. Then after a while figured out how to put it on the trolley and use ratchet straps to keep it in place. was great moving around the garage, had trouble driving in the driveway, and didn't even tow a trailer. We've tried moving it sideways and there seems to be too much movement, the crossbars compress then the wheels start to loosen. It was just the two of us, and when the £600 safe started tipping over, we had no choice but to drop it and shatter the inner glass, leaving the $800 paperweight safely behind. I would like to return the cart but as we couldn't move it we had to leave it and by the end of the day someone had stolen the safe and cart. My recommendation if you have people load it up and transport it flat works fine otherwise I should have just handed it over to the next homeowner for $1000 because we couldn't move it.
