The most important thing I like about this system is that you don't have to be technically savvy in order to use it effectively. It's very easy for non-techies to figure out how things work. You do need some technical knowledge to learn all of its functions but if you are willing to put forth effort then there isn't much you won't be able to accomplish with your charting software. As long as you know what buttons to push when, you should be fine! There really isn't anything to dislike at this point. We've been using this since before we started dialysis and it has never failed us once yet. All our nurses love being able to track their patients' progress easily. They also enjoy knowing where they stand compared to other patients within the same stage of care. This makes patient care so much easier because everyone.
