Disappointed with the durability

I am updating my original comment to include the response I received from the company. The bag itself, like other products, can potentially be updated and possibly changed to improve it. I'm glad the company took note of my review and contacted me to resolve the issue. In my original post, I stated that I like the bag for its material and overall strap design. I am changing my guess as the company contacted me and we found an acceptable solution. I plan to still use the bag due to its usefulness and it's just a great idea. A weekend to remember was the purpose of the Taygeer purchase. I placed the luggage and other beach gear in the Taygeer on top of the car as intended. The Taygeer wasn't even fully packed and I was quite surprised at how much space it has. Installation is easy. Disappointment came when we arrived at our destination to find a few torn items (see attached photos). The material is durable rubber and I love how the straps go through the top of the bag instead of being attached to the bag. Again, the only downside is that the bag was torn after the first use. The tears were on the back of the bag where it didn't even face the wind when moved, so that's a little puzzling. The seat belts were tightened because I didn't want him to fly away on the freeway, so that section was very safe. I don't understand how the breaks happened, but then again. Very disappointing. I have to go back to the original order for warranties. At the moment I don't recommend it.
