Got a broken screen. I didn't notice until it was open (obviously) but the return period had already passed. When turned on, no other image appeared on the screen, except for multicolored stripes that indicate a broken screen. There was no physical damage to the packaging box or the actual product/screen box suggesting I had to confirm the product would work as advertised. He was light so I think he had what he needed.
