Review on 🐶 Hill's Science Diet Adult Light Dry Dog Food for Healthy Weight Management - 30lb Bag by Kim Stanley

I have just opened my new pack of Science Diet Diet dry dog food and noticed that the smell is 'different' from previous shipments. I started putting kibble in clean coffee containers because I'm disabled and can't carry a 15-inch bag of dog food around the house. I removed the lid from the first container and set about filling the second. When I came back with the second container, the first container with food was already moving! As I watched, small dark gray centipede beetles, worms as you call them, crawled to the top of the container. (I guess I've reached the light. But I don't know.) Then I looked at the second container and it was moving too. I then went to the shed to look at the rest of the bag and there were bugs moving in and around the small disc shaped pieces. I have to say it was pretty bizarre. Maybe because I've seen too many sci-fi movies with evil insects. I ended up with a container that held a few large and a few tiny pieces that Science Diet used to offer. These are leftovers from previous bags and I forgot I put the container on top of the closet. At first I was surprised that the food still smelled fresh like the dog food I've received in the past. Number 2, THERE WERE NO FAULTS! I'm not crying here, I'm crying out in great surprise because I filled this vessel a few months ago. Of course I am canceling my subscription and saving the order for this product and will start exploring another brand. My dog will eat anything I give her. But I will not knowingly feed her inferior food. UPDATE: I canceled my subscription and saved at the wrong time and got a new order. While my best friend and the UPS driver were standing in my kitchen, I heard a strange noise like bugs crawling. There were two packs of Science Diet on the floor in my kitchen. I started looking for the spooky noise and realized it was coming from the bags! The bugs were apparently still alive and well, and the sound was so audible that everyone was startled. Luckily my driver took two bags so I didn't have to throw them away. I don't know what happened to the quality control of this product. But unfortunately it's in short supply and now I'm looking for dog food that my picky dog likes.
