The Harbor Freight Balancer, you won't regret it.
Poor quality. I had to grind a hole in the red base so the threaded shank would fit straight and even into the base. Also the notch on the inside of the balancing head is not accurate at all. It must reach a point for the sharp pin on the shaft to provide a fine balance. It is not.

- Easy wheel balancing with 1-1/2" to 4" diameter hubs. Balancer is ideal for most cars and light trucks, easy to balance porthole height tires
