Poor quality and seller!

I haven't had this cap for 6 months. I hand washed it like the label says and the beak on me turned pink. I really liked the design of the hat, so I fixed this issue with fabric paint at my own expense. After a second hand wash, the design will do so. I contacted the seller and asked for photos which I provided. Seller says this is normal wear and tear for a 5 month old hat. They told me there was nothing they could do. The only positive is that the support team responded quickly with ZERO help! DRAW MONEY
