I bought this hat as a surprise for my boyfriend and he loves it. He says it's the most comfortable hat he has now and wears it over all the others I've bought him. The inside strap bends for people with larger heads and has a snapback. It is of excellent quality and stands up well to daily wear and tear.

Whoever needed to deliver put a hat in my mailbox. found it before any wrinkles became permanent. Very angry about that. The hat is great

The seller needs to find a safer way to ship the cap. It's not cheap, good quality, fits well and is comfortable, but it was wrinkled and lumpy from arriving in a bag and being mishandled. I collect hats. I have too much :) And the sellers who use a quality box to ship clearly care about their product and reputation. FYI: good product, bad shipping!

I haven't had this cap for 6 months. I hand washed it like the label says and the beak on me turned pink. I really liked the design of the hat, so I fixed this issue with fabric paint at my own expense. After a second hand wash, the design will do so. I contacted the seller and asked for photos which I provided. Seller says this is normal wear and tear for a 5 month old hat. They told me there was nothing they could do.
