A bit tight and short but fits 215/75R17.5 wheels

I like this material but wish it was a bit longer and higher. As you can see from the pictures I posted it's a bit small for my car. Since my wheels are 17.5" (they recommend this for 15" wheels) the bottom is not fully covered. The overall wheel length on my trailer isn't even 105 inches, but it's very tight.
