We recently installed hardwood floors in our home and wanted the rug to protect the entryway floors. Bought a larger size for the front door and a smaller size for the garage door. They look and feel good and catch dirt well when people walk in. The rubber edges of the rug might seem too commercial for some people, but I quickly got used to the look and don't like it. I don't see that as a problem at all. Fits well in our house. People comment that they are a good addition to our new flooring. I am happy with this purchase and hope these rugs will extend the life of our hardwoods.
