This is not a quality product at all and the filters are expensive compared to similar products from other brands. I installed it following all the instructions in the brochure, but the system ended up leaking and damaging the basement ceiling. Please note that the instructions do not apply to regular granite/quartz worktops. You will need to cut the white spacer in half for it to work with any countertop thicker than 1 inch. (and this isn't mentioned anywhere in the instructions) Also, be careful not to over-tighten any of the screws, they are not durable and lose their tread easily. Especially the white connector that screws onto the faucet base, just hand tighten and that's it. Overall the product is not very satisfied and I will send it back.
