Great system, water tastes way better than bottled water. A little noisy when regenerating. Installation took a few hours. Fills my coffee pot in half the time than my previous system. Love a remineralizer has always hated giving my dogs water that has had all minerals removed. Very happy with my purchase!

This is not a quality product at all and the filters are expensive compared to similar products from other brands. I installed it following all the instructions in the brochure, but the system ended up leaking and damaging the basement ceiling. Please note that the instructions do not apply to regular granite/quartz worktops. You will need to cut the white spacer in half for it to work with any countertop thicker than 1 inch. Great customer service! Received the system quickly and well packaged with all the parts and instructions that are pretty easy to follow. Unfortunately the center filter (RO itself) was damaged on the drain connector which was leaking heavily. I called Aquasana customer service on the number provided by Revain, spoke to a real and extremely knowledgeable person in Texas, and they immediately shipped me a replacement filter and hose connection. Purchased to replace an existing GE reverse osmosis unit during a kitchen renovation. Most companies make changing filters a difficult task. Aquasana filters are designed to literally unscrew - even the reverse osmosis membrane has a screw-on design. This is a huge improvement over devices where the membrane is placed on top of the assembly! I'm a custom builder in the Houston area and bought this for a customer who wanted this particular model (in bronze). After this was installed and the homeowners moved in, the faucet started leaking, so I had my folks call Aquasana to make a warranty claim. On the first call, Aquasana wanted to fix the problem.
