Would rate it higher, does what it says, but there is a different product in the OTC packaging. What I got was a header block inside. Looks very different than OTC. Historically, OTC models have come with connectors for direct connection to HD truck systems. The leadership department had double the cost. But it took some getting used to. With that in mind, I got the device at half price. To Revan. But Amazon should have mentioned something about the changed content of the product. The headline serves the same purpose, but was misled by the sale.
