We use these for hand-eye coordination practice for our 12U ASA softball team and they work great. They're very durable, and because there are so many of them, you can take a lot of swings before you need to lift anything. We also have baseballs and softballs, but the size increases the batter's concentration and actually increases the durability of the ball.
