Great for DIY

The tools provided are well made and solid and I am amazed at the strength of the little plastic tabs. I pulled an entire quarter out on my neighbor's car for it to make contact and attached to the bumper cover for her to drive. I then used it to fix a few minor nuisances on my car and other neighbors. Since metal often stretches a bit on impact, you won't get a perfect result, but it does make dings and dents MUCH less noticeable. I have it when I have body dents that cause things like doors to rub when opened on the cars I work on. Often you can't get enough to push it out, and even if you can, external dents remain. This kit will easily remove dents, both large and small, so you'll have to hunt for it to see it later. The trick is to not skimp on the glue on the tongue and then leave it for about 5 minutes to bond properly. The slide hammer doesn't have a lot of pulling power, but it's surprisingly strong and well made. Using just the T-handle, I was able to pull out some very large dents. The bridges and grip compression tools are also very well made and strong for small dents. Fill the supplied spray bottle with isopropyl alcohol (I used a 70% solution from the dollar store), spray any drops of glue left on the body or reed and leave for a few minutes, then use the supplied plastic scraper (or one old credit card) to pry it open.
