
I like how easy it makes my job as an administrator of this software very simple with all the features available for me. It's great being able to see what patients have been contacted by phone or email about their visit or appointment which helps us make sure we are staying ahead of any issues they might be having after arriving at our clinic location. That said there really isn't anything wrong with using this product except for one thing - sometimes when you look at notes from previous visits the system takes so long before giving you access to them! When someone has come into your practice several times within six months just waiting can get frustrating if something comes along right then and needs attention immediately. We use this app mostly during off-peak hours between 8AM-4PM Monday thru Friday but also occasionally late evenings around 9 PM (and even later) until 11pm. So far no major dislikes other than some minor bugs here and there while trying.
