I like how easy it makes my job as an administrator of this software very simple with all the features available for me. It's great being able to see what patients have been contacted by phone or email about their visit or appointment which helps us make sure we are staying ahead of any issues they might be having after arriving at our clinic location. That said there really isn't anything wrong with using this product except for one thing - sometimes when you look at notes from previous visits

I like how easy it was for me to navigate between different screens. There are some features that aren't as intuitive but once you figure them out they're very helpful. The biggest issue with this product is the way it's integrated into our practice at this point. It would be nice if we could have more control over what gets sent to insurance companies or other providers. I like being able to see my schedule of appointments when it comes time for me to enter them into the system so as not to miss any scheduled appointment dates or have things fall behind at work if there are multiple doctors' offices with which we share an appt date range.
The program does take some getting used to (at least by someone who isn't familiar with how scheduling works) but once you've got all your doctor's info memorized it makes entering new information much easier than having to…
