I had to move my desktop to a different room than my router. Installation was easy: plugged into an available PCI-E slot, booted up, selected my wireless network. I have Windows 10 Pro (1709 Fall Creators Update), no need to install ASUS drivers. However, I didn't install the USB cable (included) for Bluetooth support as my motherboard didn't have USB ports. I don't need bluetooth at the moment but if I connect it I'll update the rating. What I like best is that my desktop, unlike my laptop, allows both built-in Ethernet and this by default. The Wi-Fi card must be activated at the same time. I'm not sure where this device will be permanently located, so sometimes it can be connected to a wired network, sometimes to a Wi-Fi network. Having both allows me to forward external ports to WiFi all the time, so I don't have to keep reconfiguring my router even if I occasionally move/connect to ethernet.
