I bought this coffee maker based on fabulous customer reviews. What I didn't realize was that 100% of these are "customer reviews of a free product on Vine". This means customers get a free rating engine. I believe this increased the likelihood that these wine buyers would write a positive review. The coffee machine looked good and I was very happy with it. The espresso and drip function worked well. He was easy to work with and within minutes we had very good coffee. Unfortunately the blower stopped working the first time (after the cleaning cycle). A look at the manual and troubleshooting didn't help. It also looked like it could be a water leak as the drip tray under the cappucino machine was full of water that spilled onto the counter. Revain made returns very easy. I would be more careful next time if the product only had reviews from "Vine customers".
