I'm looking for a pair of small hygrometers - one for my safe and one for my welding electrode box. It all came down to this or the port recommended by Revane. So I bought one of each to compare them. They are both good units. Humidity readings are within 1% of each other and temperature is within 1º. Why do I like Doqua more? First, the screen is 40% larger, making the numbers easier to read. Second, the stand allows for a wider angle, so the overhead light is better caught and the screen is more visible when it's below eye level. Third, the magnet on the back is stronger so it holds much better (the port tends to slide off under its own weight). I'm going to order a few more and these will be doquas.
