Observe the instructions! I did this. From the resulting material, cut out the part of the desired shape. The hole filled with glue. Leave to dry for about 2 hours. Add more glue and smooth out as much as you can with a nylon hobby store art brush. Leave to dry completely. mix color My stool is not entirely white. Used white interspersed with brown. This brown has red, so the beige looked a bit purple. probably because there is a lot of blue in white. I took yellow (the complement of purple) and slowly added yellow to get beige. I used an artist brush and applied paint. I waited until it was almost dry then added more color and very gently used the tip to smooth it out as much as possible. It will never be perfect because we don't make a living from it, but I'm very happy. You can't see the problem from a distance. Note. I'm an experienced artist, so I know how to mix colors. Just remember that white has a blue cast. So if your color doesn't match, add an extra color from the color wheel. Start with white and add bits of color one at a time. Or call an artist friend!
