2 out of 3 not bad?

A non-working heating pad has arrived. The other one broke right away knocking on the cage (my fault). The other worked great for 2 months. So 1 star for shipping the broken lamp, 3 stars for the one that lasted a day and 5 stars for the only one I used = 3 stars on average I think.
